Capabilities
One upload covers machining, sheet metal and finishing
Standard tolerance is ±0.03 mm. Tighter tolerances on critical features are available; mark them on your drawing.
CNC milling
Brackets, housings, enclosures, manifolds and complex 5-axis geometry in one setup.
CNC turning
Shafts, pins, bushings, threaded fittings and round parts with milled features.
Sheet metal
Laser-cut and press-brake formed panels, chassis and brackets in aluminum and steel.
Surface finishing
Bead blasting, powder coating, passivation, plating, polishing and laser marking.
Low-volume production
Start with one sample, then repeat the same process for your production run.
Materials & finishes
Common stock, ready to cut
Don't see your grade? Specify it on the drawing and we will source it. Material certificates are available on request. Compare grades in our materials guide.

Where the money goes in a machining quote, and design changes that cut it.
RFQ checklistPreparing files for a quote
STEP vs STL, what the drawing must show, and a copy-paste checklist.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We make single prototypes as well as batches of several hundred parts.
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP or IGES for 3D geometry, plus a PDF or DWG drawing showing tolerances, threads and finish. STL works for simple parts but limits accuracy.
What tolerance can you hold?
±0.03 mm is our standard. Call out tighter tolerances on the drawing and we will confirm them in the quote.
Where are parts made?
In our partner machine shops in China. Each order is managed and inspected by our team before shipping.
Can you help reduce cost?
Yes. Every quote includes DFM notes, for example relaxing a non-critical tolerance, changing an internal corner radius or switching stock size.
Are there parts you won't make?
We do not accept export-controlled (ITAR) or weapons-related parts.
